Join us for a Women's Wellness Retreat focusing on relaxation, rejuvenation and learning what self care looks like for you. Hosted by Maggie Frederiksen, Yoga Instructor Extraordinaire and Sarah Tapp, Event Planner.
Lodging, spa treatments, goodies, gifts and more are all included! Come to reset and be pampered in a peaceful, beautiful location, with lots to do in the surrounding area.
$900 for shared lodging (shared room, but not shared bed)
$1,200 for private room with shared bathroom
$1,700 for private lodging
(If you are flying in from out of town, we can help with shuttles to and from the airport.)

Sarah has been in the wedding industry for over 8 years as a photographer and planner. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has 2 sweet girls and LOVES planning events for them and for anyone else! She has loved planning this retreat and is looking forward to hosting and having a place where women can come to relax, have fun and connect!

Maggie is a Certified Yoga Instructor whose belief is that yoga is for anybody and every body because it offers mental, physical and emotional growth. She teaches yoga at all levels and especially loves teaching beginners! She has completed trainings in Yin Yoga, Pre/Post-Natal Yoga and Sound Healing. She is so excited to be our host for this retreat!
