Our wedding planners know the venue, the area and the top wedding vendors to suggest to make your dream wedding a reality! If you use one of our wedding planners, there is a seamless hand off with our in-house wedding day coordinator!
One of our in-house wedding coordinators will take care of all the details on your wedding day! They will coordinate the ceremony, photos, guests and be the go-to-person for all your vendors for set-up and take-down. They will provide light decor set up and take down and will ensure your timeline is followed.
Our team will set up tables, chairs and benches for your wedding. We'll come at the end of your wedding after your decor is cleared off to take everything down as well.

We have a nifty ax throwing set up in our chopping yard next to the Ranch House. We bring the hatchets and you bring the people so we can help organize some friendly competition, and some satisfying sticks in the cottonwood slabs.
Before your arrival, our team will set up our Frisbee Golf Course and Yard games for your enjoyment during your entire stay! You leave everything out and we'll clean it all up after you check out.
Looking for off-the-grid, memorable activities to do right on site during your stay? We can bring in one of our partners who do fly fishing instruction, yoga sessions, Horseback Riding, Mountain Biking, crafts and more. Wood quilt wall art classes let your guests take something home they made with their own hands to remember your event forever. Or let us know if there's something else you have in mind, and we'll look into local options. If you can think it, we can arrange it!
