Meadow Pricing and Options (2023)

The Meadow Venue

2023 Weekend Package

$4,800

Full weekend use of the Wedding Venue, Ranch House & Cottage. Includes 2 nights at the Ranch House and Cottage and 2 full days with the venue. Cleaning fees are included.

Week Day

$2,500

Use of venue on a Monday - Thursday. Also requires a $250 cleaning fee.

Seasonal Discounts

25%

For events before April 21 and after October 31, a 25% seasonal discount applies.

The Ranch House

The private and spacious ranch house sleeps up to 10.

Cost per evening stay

$250

Requires a $150 cleaning fee per stay.

The Cottage

One bedroom cottage with full kitchen, bathroom plus a living area. Sleeps 4.

Cost per evening stay

$150

Requires a $50 cleaning fee per stay

Lodge & Venue Package

Full use of the Wedding Venue and All Lodge Spaces. Includes 3 nights at the Lodge (Thursday to Sunday) and 3 full days with the venue. Cleaning fees are included. Upgraded tables & chairs are included.

Lodge & Venue Partial Package

$5,200

Same as above but instead of full lodge includes just the North Wing Suite and Lounge Area. Your event guests may be able to rent the condo units separately.

Rent The Whole Dang Property

Cost per week (Monday to Sunday)

$15,000

Includes the full Lodge, Venue, Ranch House & Cottage.

Sleeps 35 across three buildings and five separate units! Camping options allow for dozens more.

Plus thirty acres of meadows and event space for hundreds. Multiple parking areas. Pond, picnic areas, fishing and bike trail all on the property.

An incredible option for your destination wedding, organization retreat or family reunion.

Included in Rental of Venue

Rental of the Wedding Venue includes use of:

11 eight feet long basic folding tables

9 six feet long basic folding tables

5 wooden, rustic tables 4x4

34 wooden benches (matching length of tables)

48 metal folding chairs

Basic sound system inside the venue.

Farm tables and chairs add On for $350

Upgrade to our new wooden tables and craft chairs.

25 six feet long tables

250 matching chairs.

Petting zoo add-on for $300-500

Dolly the white pony and her trainer can attend your event for amazing photos. Or the whole petting zoo gang can be set up in a fenced off spot a short stroll from the event. I mean, for the children of course.

Partybox Add On for $75

Rent our JBL Partybox 310 to bring some mobile sound to your event. Play music outside or anywhere from your phone or set up with our microphone for ceremony and speeches.
